It's a good practice to use Pro-Fix Glass Shafting Beads for every club build. These are very fine glass oxide granules (.002") that help stabilize and properly center the shaft in the hosel.

Mix 2% to 4% by volume of Pro-Fix Glass Shafting Beads to Pro-Fix Adhesives. This is a 4 oz plastic jar.
