Please note that I no longer do live, in person fittings. I only do online fittings using my fitting form, videos of your swing provided by you, swing speeds provided by you that you can obtain locally and send to me, and consultation by email. I use email, not phone calls, because I do fittings from folks all over the US and different areas use different phrases that can be misinterpreted. Because Colloquialisms, aphorisms, idioms can lead to mistakes. For an easy example, Casey sounds the same as KC.
Emails give me documentation of our conversations I can refer back to, and if I see an expression that might not look right I can question it. Also because at times I work on different customers at the same time in different stages of they fitting process.
Online with Roy would be as good or better than in person with 98% of the clubfitters on the planet, IMO. Especially since he can work with you through video and lots of question and discussion.
