Because the Nix Family likes them so much I wanted to share them with friends and associates. We have the best Smoked Tenderloin Roast this past Christmas ever using the AP Seasoning. The first time ever the family has cleaned the plate because we usually have more than enough at Christmas. This year no leftovers after Christmas. That is why I contacted him about spreading the recipes on my website. We have a Fast Eddie PG500 pellet grill and use it all the time. We love great BBQ in Columbus GA. When I'm not building golf clubs I'm on the Fast Eddie PG500 pellet smoker cooking up ribs, butts, hams, meatloaf and more or in season working in my veggie garden.
